What is your take on the Amuse Supra with just a GT30???

Im a fan of the GT30. But I still have yet to see an SC with a GT40. That would be lovely.

 

I just finished all the lines for my gt3076r today, and getting the downpipe tomorrow.

I've thought a lot about getting a gt30, or a gt35 since I take it to the road coarse quite bit. My brother has a GT40 on his car and it is definitely a beast.

 

Does he have and videos of it?

 

that ish looks bad a$$ man. Maybe one day when i finally get tired of my twins i may go this route. My other options was staying twin but upgrading to two gt28r

Wow, I had assumed the GT30 was a bit small for the 2JZ. LOL Big Fat Torque Monster. I may have to look into this for my 1JZ.

 

a buddy of mine has a gt30 on a 1jzgte in a mk3 supra. the spool is not the greatest but still pretty responsive and makes about 350hp at 15psi i think(not completely familiar with his setup)

a gt30 on a 2jzgte would not make for a great all out car because it not that big but for a road racing it will be very responsive. it would make for a very fun car.

just remember....whenever you do anything with the engine also do something with the brakes. i hate seeing 500hp cars on stock brakes.
