Default Radiator Cooling Fan stays on?

Hi everyone:

My first post...

Did a search but cant seem to find anything for a cooling fan that stays on continuously on a '96 SC300, it just started about 2 weeks ago... Does anyone know if this is a sensor issue and where is the location of that darn sensor? Any reply or help with this issue is much appreciated...

Just a little help please if anyone knows why my radiator fans stays on? I have an idea that it is probably the sensor on the bottom but wasn't sure if it may be the fan clutch? Chime in anyone?
