Can someone give me an idea of what the prices are like for the following items so that i can swap my sc300 auto into a manual with R154 trans?

-Used R154 Trans from mk3, unknown miles
-new springs, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, clutch fork from Toyota
-new 1jz bellhousing
-new act heavy duty pp/6 puck sprung disk
-new competition 13lb. flywheel
-new arp flywheel bolts
-modified used mk3 pedal/new slave/new master cylinder/ new steal braided clutch line
-new w58 trans mount

I don't really want to overpay for anything. Any help is appreciated.
