AFC NEO is a universal product with no harness for any vehicle that I know of unless they just started recently making one. Even if they did, the SC4 wouldn't be on the list I'm sure 
Fairly easy install on any car, just make sure you solder and shrink wrap everything REALLY well to ensure it will work properly and without issue on the car.

nope its a hard line tap so your gonna have to tap into the harness.... if you were running a 2jzgte there is a harness extention you could pick up so you wouldn't have to tap into the factory harness....
