Default What's missing from this timing belt kit on ebay?

I ordered a timing belt kit for my SC400 from this ebay listing. It is missing something that you would typically replace when doing the timing belt.

Can anyone figure it out? It sure fooled me.

You win. Yes, the tensioner is not included. The seller told me that you don't normally replace the tensioner but you do normally replace the pulleys.
