Timing best kit or just timing best
Do I really need a whole timing belt kit at 90,000 or just a timing belt. For sure a kit at 200,000K. what do you suggest?

That depends on when it was changed last.If you aren't the original owner who bought it new,to be definitely on the safe side I would order the kit.You might still be running on original o.e.m.and the car has some years on it.like I said"better to be safe than sorry".

The tensioner does not always last 2 intervals. I would actually trust the belt to go 180~200k (not that I would actually do it!) before I would trust the tensioner based on real world experience. You need the tensioner.
The WP is least problematic and if you are tempted to scrimp, that is possible. I did it at 200k but will not at 300k.
It is not necessary to do the crank and cam shaft seals as the factory proceedure says. I will probably do them at the 300k belt change but they are still not leaking as I near that mark.
The pulleys are not strictly necessary, but might squeak before the next service. Sometimes they last 200k w/o noise but not always. They will not fail and wreck the job, but you will be annoyed you did not spend the the few dollars on them if they get noisy.
There is a gates kit with belt, pulleys, and tensioner but no seals or wp. It is about $100 and that is about the minimum I would recommend doing. Maybe you can het the separate parts cheaper, but belt and tensioner minimum, and consider the pulleys.
