Default AC not blowing cold air suggestions?

I finished installing a new alternator and power steering pump and all that works wonderful however, now the ac isn't blowing cold at all. I dont hear the compressor kicking on and there are no lights flashing on the dash. The cig lighter fuse isn't blown. Any ideas? Thanks.

Recharge the system with some dye and check for any leaks.

The coupe is my third car and I hardly ever drive it. It sat for about a month and a half while I was putting the alternator and psp in. The AC has always worked and worked great up until yesterday when I took it for a spin after putting the new stuff on.

think the pressure is too low to kick on the compressor? IDK

if you think the pressure is too low try and recharge the system.

Default Did you check for any loose wiring ...

Since you were working in the engine compartment, it seems too coincidental that all of a sudden, something else does not work.
You may want to scrutinize all wiring you see in the area. Perhaps something got un plugged, or cut.

Backtrack everything you did to make sure you didnt leave anything unplugged. If you have all the tools just vacuum the system and fill with nitrogen and check the pressure drops. If pressure holds then you got no leaks. recharge with correct freon and you should be good.
