Default a/c not working HELP!!

hey guys..well one hot day driving around the a/c just decided to stop working..everythning seems to be fine execpt were u turn on the a/c.. the top portion of the center council were the a/c components are located seems to be all off..would dat be my problem the climate control got fried and i need a new one? lmk wat u guys thing
