Question Little Q and A

I am considering swapping or boosting my 1992 4speed auto sc300 95,000 miles. i found two JDM resale shops in El monte CA that Have Many automatic 2jz's and 1jz's swaps (motor, transmission, ecu and harness). They also have a soarer clip with the r154 tranny, which supposedly has under 40,000 miles. the compression is (1)180 (2)180 (3)160 (4)180 (5)170 (6)180. The Clip doesn't have a radiator or intercooler and wasn't sealed (intake or downpipe) during shipment overseas he is "asking" $2600. My questions are.
1. what do you think about this clip?
2. what do you think about the xs 2jz-ge turbo kit, and upgrading to r154 later?
3. or should i buy 2jz-gte swap (motor, harness, and ecu) and wait till i can find an r154 to bolt 2 it?
4. obviously will take any other opinion's
