Default Engine Cleaning ???

Hey guys i went ahead and rinsed off my engine last night and may have gotten a sensor wet! i took the car out this morning and noticed it was reall jerkey (pulsating) at idle and sometimes in motion but as i drove longer it would come and go!

Do u think i just got a sensor wet and it just needs to dry out or is there a more serious issue at hand???????

All input would be helpfull, thanks
