Default Power Steering woes. Sound clip inside

Alright so I have been doing some searching about the bubbles in the power steering reservoir and how to get them out. I am also seen the threads on the moaning sound that it makes. I am having a different sound. This began after I got the car put back together after the tie rod boot split.

Got the new bolt on and finish the rest of the suspension. Now when I started the car she screamed at me. Here is the video clip so you can hear it:

Idle

Acceleration

it sounds more like gears grinding than a moan. Any thoughts on this.

****Please ignore the dirty engine bay. This is the next TLC item that I will be doing. I have tried to clean parts of it but it was caked on and I knew I would be pulling it soon ****

*****!!!! LOL thanks man. I will have to take a look at the rack. Should there not be any oil/fluid in the boot at all?

Guess the best would be to pull it and get it rebuilt locally. Agreed?

there should be NO oil in any of the boots. if there is then the seals are shot. thats what happened to my rack , i had a remanufactured one put on from lexus $320 employee cost and the feel of the steering with a new rack is night and day man. it will come with new boots all new seals and new inner tierod ends.

I am trying to find the thread but can't I just bring it to a local rebuilder and have them do it for cheaper than buying a refurb one? I will call around on monday to see who does them locally.
