Try taking the serpentine belt off and twist on the harmonic balance pulley with all your strength. Ive heard the rubber cushion in the center can come loose. My 95 sc4 has 127,000 miles, and it is very tight.

I only read another guys post, in which he claimed it was a common occurance. Like I said, mine was fine. You can reach over the radiator to the bottom main crankshaft pulley, once youve removed the belt.

k, i haven't done it yet, but hopefully today or tommorrow. but...my dad brought up a good question. if it becomes loose. how do u make it tight again? is that the whole twisting thing? or what?

Peace out
