Default Idle problem

Sometimes when I stop at a red light, my idle dips down to almost zero then goes back to normal. It happens almost everyday, so I want to know what this problem is asap so I can fix this.

check the throttle plate to make sure there are no restrictions like carbon deposits which can cause this also check teh idle control valve. if its a sc400.
