MAF and 02 Senor Question!!! Newbie here :)!!!

MAF and 02 Senor Question!!! Newbie here :)!!!
Well I havent even gotten the car yet and not 100% I am getting it but I want to know from the best what I getting into. Its a 1992 SC400 180xxx, guy says it needs a MAF and 02 senors. Is this a common problem on them with that many miles? Also could someone point me in the best place to buy these parts?
It would be greatly appricatied. 
Anything else I should look for with else cars with that many miles?, or just the same as any other? (timing belt, plugs, wires, belts, pulleys,etc.) Thanks for the help and I really do hope I get it I love SC's always wanted one.
