Default Rough idle?

FOund a 94 LS that runs ruff guy said all it needs is a new maf. Its also got a new fuel pump and got timing belt water pump last yr. So is that all it could be or could there be more to it? He only wants $1500obo which seem retarded cheap. Also looks to be in real good shape.

Showing up with your own MAF is indeed a great idea.
SC400's & some GS300's use this same part. Not sure if any Toyotas do.

UZ-FE's very rarely have an actual mechanical problem. It is almost always a malfunction of the signals it is being sent.

Edit. Some Celicas also use this MAF

U parting out a LS? lol I should be able to look at it tommorrow. I thought about trying to adjust see if that helps but he said a mechanic said it was bad so we'll see. Talked to him on the phone today he spend quite a bit of $$$ on it with in the last yr but also said there was a prob with the driver side window going down then getting stuck so guess have to check that out as well.

A MAF is an easy thing to install but you don't want to ever have to pay for a new one. There are non-oem sources for a new TPS.

lol well i know where to go for parts. I went and looked at it on sun. It looked good from 10ft away but up close is has a horrible cheap respray, trunk not alighned (he told me it had been hit), various other chips scratches, driver door not alighned perfectly so i passed. It did have power head rest thought i didnt even know they had that. So i'm still looking shame it was so beat everything else worked on it.
