weirdest thing happend to me the other day
so my car had been sitting for about a week and i have had it sit for longer before and this has never happend. well i started it and it started running like **** and knocking. so i shut it off. i was like uhh WTF. popped the hood and checked the oil and it was at the full mark. could this be possible leaking oil into one of my cylinders or something? so i started it and waited it out. let it build some pressure. it was running like crap for about a min and it smoothed out and the knocking went away. it was weird. i have never experienced this before. even with brand new engines with no oil in the head yet or anything. it was weird. i can only think of leaky valves

same thing happened to mine when i let it sit over the winter.....when i started the car in the spring the motor was making a wierd knocking noise and was really slow to rev up.....i let it idle for a couple minutes and the knocking and low power went away and everything was fine....
