Default running rich. dont know why. help

ok heres my story. i blew a headgasket about a month ago, i slowly reassembled everything back together tahts why it toke me about a month. i got EGR block off too at the mean time. so everything is assemble. i toke out all the unessesary vaccum solioeds out and the vaccum can, etc etc. capped off all the inlet nipple for vaccum. cranked up, fired right up.... now im running really rich... im thinkin it probably a vaccum leak or something, so i toke out the brake cleaner. spray every spot taht i think theres a vaccum leak.... nothing happened... i tourqe my head down with my impact.. "ps i do that all the time. my impact is set to 100lbs" works all the time with my SR and my friends car. so i dont think the head is sucking in air. what other possible that can happend to cause this. i got a IAT problem but i was running it like that b4 runs ok... but right now the car is just running super rich.... can someone please help me... i got a 2j-ge btw. thanks for reading.

You used a “impact” to torque your head bolts? If memory serves, those are torque to yield bolts. You torque them down to a set torque and then torque them again 90%. … Is the “check engine light” on???

You have to torque the head studs to the correct specs.

The head bolts NEED to be torque in the correct order and to the correct torque spec
(25 ft-lbs) and then go back and torque in numerical order 90%. Failure to do this can lead to deformed head gasket and or head assy.

and the stock bolts can only be used once and have to be replaced when you do a headgasket job. Save your self the the agony and get some arp headstuds.
