even though i said your fuc**d on your other thread and that you should have thought it out better, ill help ya.
first soak the hell out of the bolt with liquid wrench or something, use impact wrench that produces 250ftlbs of torque or better and just go at it. also if your impact wrench is to large in length you might need to remove your radiator. but not that hard.
good luck

i would try a street mech. technique and put a wrench on it the right size so you dont round it off nothing thats close and tap the wrench with a hammer or try tapping the head of the bolt with a hammer some times that frees up the bolt if its just tight but if there is loctite on it youll probaly have to use a impact i was able to get mine free by hitting the wrench if you have a good rachet and i dont mean craftsman you can hit that i have a matco and hit beat the pi$$ out of it

i've tried that. as soon as the breaker bar hits the ground it makes the motor jump, and just stuck on the position.

i did this with my friend last weekend when we were changing the water pump and timing belt. he borrowed a special tool that has a chain which goes around the pulley. then once we held down the pulley, we used a huge wrench (i think it was a wrench) and a breaker bar over it to get it off. It was a huge pain. My friend said the tool is $200 so i wouldn't go out and buy it.
i agree w/ 96gti, try to find a street mech.
