Newby in CO/engine has hiccup
Gotta tell y'all this forum rocks. I just purchased 92 SC 300 in very good condition 136,000- fixed one oil leak with new valve gaskets/newe plugs/getting ready to have main seal done also. For some reason car is missing when stopped at light. Seems to run fine other than that. Hope it isn't tranny. New fuel filter a year ago. Any suggestions. BTW any sc members here from CO?

checkin in for the colorado crowd. Not alot of us here in colorado with SC's. I know of only 2 guys in CO with moster SC's and im pretty sure both have GTE swap. There both over on the colorado racing network forum. Other then that I only see stock SCs runing around. Where are you located?
Im siting pretty stock, what I have done is in my sig.
NX kit soon to go into my baby.

I'm in Aurora. Are you doing your own wrenching? Still doing stock maint. as funds permit. Would like to do turbo and T converter but wife is driving part time for now. Bought it from girl in Springs for $5800- interior and paint is excellent for 92. Just love the car - always wanted one from day one.

Yeah I can't afford not to turn my own wrenchs. Im northeast of brighton a little ways. Sounds like you got a good deal for out here. SC's go for pretty expensive from when I was looking 6 months ago.
