Both my SC\'s had the discharge rear A/C hose leak (the one that comes out of the compressor, the rear one).
They cost $65ish dollars at lexus and it takes 10 mins to swap out. If your car isn\'t lowered you don\'t even have to jack it up, just undo the drivers side plastic piece under the front bumper in front of the tire. Then just hook the car to a vacuum system for 60mins and filler up. Cold AC again.

These are quite high-pressure. Most any larger city has hose-repair shops that can fabricate new units using your old connectors, but most likely won't be much cheaper than buying from dealer. I'd try that first (PS.. a hose clamp repair ain't gonna cut it!)
