I have a question. Looking at my car from the front, on the right side just behind my bumper, there is a small clear hose that sticks out straight down through a hole on the plastic cover under the engine. Is that normal, or is the hose supposed to be attached to something?

 

That's your AC drain line. Water drips out of there when the AC is running...perfectly normal.
