Default My 1JZ Dyno

I recently did 1JZ swap and wanted a baseline run before I really started to really get into more modding. Current Mods are FMIC, 3" exhaust, Whiney Walbro . Best run was 272hp and 269tq at 10psi. Though these numbers are nothing big it was actually more than I expected for a stock 1J. Blew a coupler off the IC Piping on the first run . Anyway did three runs. A/F was done sniffer style in the muffler. Not sure why the whole thing didn't print from the low rpm range.........oh well. Special thanks to VIP Garage and FCCT . Will post vid once I clean it up.

edit: Their Intercooler fan was also brake so I might have got a couple more horses.

Oh yea here's the car.

The A/F reading is not accurate I didn't have a bung in my DP. Wideband is coming soon very soon.

Yeah, typically the sniffer in the tail pipe will read erratic at best.

Plex- thats a solid baseline, nothing like doubling your whp with just a swap. I would definitely get a 61mm, fuel, and an ems in that thing next.

Nice numbers. If that's stck boost maybe the 1JZ is better than I thought it was. But I have a question. Was that dyno pull on the 19's or you're TT's?

That was on the 19's with no fan on the intercooler.

Not bad for only 10lbs with no air cooling. Is 10lbs stock for the 1jz?

I hope you know, your definitely making more power than 272hp@10lbs. =)
