For those with Gauges(boost) i have a question regarding Vacuem Line Running

Default For those with Gauges(boost) i have a question regarding Vacuem Line Running

ok iam getting ready to finally after lagging for so long to put in my boost gauge. i have a stupid problem really which could be fixed really easy by drilling but i would like to know if theres a spot i can run the vacuem line from the intake manifold through my firewall. i cant find a hole in there anywhere yet.. can somone point me to a proper place or did everyone just drill a hole?

I found a spot near the steering column where it runs into the firewall. There was already a hole there but had to make it just a bit bigger to run the line though.

Im automatic, so all my wires for all my gauges go thru the clutch slave hole in the body that i punched out. Couldnt be any easier.
