What are my options for upgrading injectors in a full jdm 2jz-gte? are there direct fitting jdm injectors out there or do I have to go with a usdm set-up?

What kind of HP or you planing on trying to support? Not sure, but I might of read some where that the stock FD injectors at 850cc work well.

use the usdm sets since they are more readily available. you will have to wire in resistors, or a resistor pack so you dont fry the ecu since the jdm models runhigh impedence. either way of going you will need to add the resistors for anything over 550cc (atleast thats what i think is the highest flow for high impedence injectors). i think club na-t has the wiring guide on how to wire the resistors in. good luck and only buy low impedence if you plan on anything over 400 hp

You might spend a little time over on the SupraForums, fuel system upgrades are routinely kicked around there, use the search feature or you'll get flamed for posting the same question cuz its a little harsher there.

Wondering what your h.p goal is, the usdm set up is quite capable of handling bpu +++ twins and hp into the 400's. Much above that you are going to need upgrade to much more then injectors.

I am going to be running a t66 out right when i do the swap keeping it around 1 bar so i dont go any where past 450 rwtq(trying to keep the 5speed in one piece). So the 440cc injectors are enough for low 400s or do I need to go with the usdm injectors?

i would go with the 550cc to be safe. 400rwhp will be fine for 440cc. but your starting to push them duty cycles.

A hearty second to that. While you have these out, I would suggest that you have them cleaned, flow tested and balanced, about $15 per injector. http://www.witchhunter.com/index.htm

The 550's are a much better choice, why have anything running 9/10ths, particularly when it comes to fuel supply.
