Default Help ! Noise when letting off gas

Was wondering if someone else have this problem. I have a 92 SC400 and sometimes when I let off the gas pedal there is a clinking noise from the engine compartment. Sounds like something on throttle cable maybe?

I have a '92 and have not had that problem I would have a friend hit the throttle for you while you check under the hood, maybe something's just lose and causing a vibration. Put your hands on different components and see if the rattle stops...wish I could tell you more.

not trying to be an @$$ but why dont you try doing a little investigating of your own before coming on the forums and asking quite possibly the most vague question ive ever seen. actually popping your hood and takeing a look might help

Ouch. . .

Hey MikeMay - first off, welcome to the forums. Secondly, it sounds like it may have something to do with your butterfly valve in the TB - try operating it by hand in the engine compartment - with the engine off and listen for the noise you described.
