Unhappy New Shudder at coast... Help!?

Hello all,

I tried searching a few different topics but i haven't found anything that directly relates to my problem, so here we go..

92 SC400, 154k, bone stock.
This shudder/clattering noise just started and i noticed it for the first time on my way to work today, anytime i'm cruising at highway speeds (above 55) and let off of the gas and just coast there is an apparent clanking/shuddering noise, but if i put the gas down just a little bit to maintain/slightly gain speed the noise instantly disappears, the noise gets louder and louder with speed, at around 75 it sounds terrible!!

My best guess at this point is maybe something loose in the exhaust? if anyones heard of this happening I would appreciate any suggestions/help that I can get.

Thanks much!

Could be a transmission mount, or flex coupler between the driveshaft and rear end from other posts I've read about this.

It could be 1 of the above mentioned, another possibility is the exhaust heat sheild.
