Default auto to r154 swap help

I searched around and still couldnt figure out the correct information. I'm wondering what is needed for switching an auto tranny from a 1jz to a r154 tranny from either a mkiii or soarer. It sounds like the auto ecu will be fine. I know i'll need the transmission of course, Some sort of bellhousing, driveshaft( not sure what from), pedals, and im sure there is other stuff. This will be my first transmission project so all the help i can get is very appreciated.

You said you searched, so I'm guessing you might have found these, but just in case you didn't see them (I searched "r154"):
