Air In The System Need Help

Default Air In The System Need Help

i have the 94 sc400.
im sure i have air in the system after the dealer changed my radiator.
i have filled my overflow tank up.
what i would like to know is on the thermostat is a bolt,can i remove this bolt and add coolant there.
also can i burp the air out by removing that bolt.
heat is not hot,only warm.
if i run the car for 40mins then the heat is fine.
please help.
