Default help! engine shuttering

ok, so i washed my engine today. nothing serious, just a quick spray down with the hose. i stayed away from the most of the electronics and just generally sprayed the dust off of. when i started my car it started right up but as soon as i started driving it ,it kind of started studdering. i drove it about 5 miles up the street and it shook and shuttered the whole way there. any ideas of what it could be?

More than likely you got water inside spark plug ports and it is messing up your spark plug wires.
Check your spark plug ports and see if there is any water in them.
If there is just use as shop vac (Just tape a long straw to the vacum hose.) and vacum out the water and dry your spark plug wires. Probably your #3&4 plugs.
This has happened to a lot of people who washed / hosed down their engines.

I hope this helps
