I completely forgot I ever posted this. Looks like it was quite a bit of fun. My friend and I both got on the waiting list, so unfortunately we couldn't make it. Next time though!

Looks like fun... Maybe next year although we are pretty fat for such an event....

Our cars aren't ideal for events like this. I'd really just do it for fun and (maybe) compete with cars in the same class. Of course the stripped out race cars will do better. Its about the experience.

You know winning isn't everything. I didn't go planning to win, I went for the experience of driving the road at speed and I did. It was fun and worth it.
Try it sometime, you might like the excitement of driving a challenging road near your limit.

Maryhill hillclimb will run twice this summer, I'll be there.
