Griot's Garage Tacoma, WA for Caffeine & Gasoline
Griot's Garage in Tacoma does a good job with this event. Try it sometime. 8-10 am first Saturday of the month.
Also Lemay-Americas Car Museum has a Cruise-in first Thursday of the month 5-8 PM Food truck, music, and lots of cars.
I'll be at both.
