Not my Lex in the snow. She's tucked away in the warm dry garage. But here is my daily driver--nissan 240sx with a little blanket of snow.

(I posted this in the 2IS forums as well)

This was shown live on TV watching the news this morning while working at home snowed in.

Appears to be ES? Two ladies were in it and they were on the furthest lane on I5 near Everett. They spun out of control and went across all three lanes and lodging itself into a semi which was in the slowest lane. So serious injuries and they were rescured.

Washington State Patrol has confirmed that the driver was going too fast for the conditions.

Doesn't appear they were on winter tires when I saw this live.

Such a shame,

Traded in the IS350 and have a new set of mounted and balanced blizzacks studless snow and ice tires over in the classified section. Wish they fit my new car...Grrrrr (Cheap plug, i know but it is frustrating to realize this is exactly the weather I bought them for.) Same tire for my new car will darn expensive.

Freezing rain here in Kitsap County!

I drove down to Tacoma on Thursday. Stock height, new Pirelli snows, and electronics saved my *** allowing me to stay above 50. The I5 was brutal, cars in ditches &, few plows/salt trucks were seen 6 hours of driving. Didnt know Seattle metro could shut down so bad. Seems like no one was rocking snow tires or could drive in snow for that matter. The big LS4 was leaving behind Subaru's & SUV's.
