Just checkin out how many ppl in the PNW would be interested in the 2010 Summer PNW Rally Cruise.

This will be a weekend event starting Fri night in Vancouver BC and ending Sunday afternoon/evening Seattle/Lynnwood WA around MAY/JUN timeframe. Here is the basic layout as it stands right now.

There will be a fee for this rally cruise since its a weekend event we will be arranging hotel reservations, club and BBQ

current estimate is $300 per driver and possibly $200 per passenger.
fee's will also deteremine if you will have individual rooms or shared room between other drivers. parking fees will also be included once we get the hotel accomodation so be flexible with the payment if that's the case

PNW ROUTE


Fri:
Meet up in Vancouver at the reserved Hotel. Arrival will depepnd on individual schedules. We will be scheduling a Pre-party at a local club in the Granville area depending on the size of our group, we will probably close-out the club or have a VIP party for us.
We might also have selected DD drivers to ferry ppl back and fourth and to promote the club(not sure about this yet). If we can't arrange parking then everyone will be walkin or takin a cab which int too far from the hotel.
Single guys that will be rooming with other drivers plan accordingly to your night action


Sat:
After a goodnights rest, meet up at Stanley Park and do a Brief and shortly start the cruise between 12:00-1:30. There will be designated stop areas to have lunch, take a rest and take picz. Depending on the concensus we will do a onepart or two part cruise. Do the complete drive down to bellvue with a drive around the cascade loop totaling about 7hours of driving not including traffic and routine stops or, head traigh to seattle and do the cascade loop half on sunday before the BBQ. This will also depend on if ppl are interested in doing another big party in seattle or just do you're own thing at night and be ready for the 2nd half and BBQ

Sun:
Do the cascade loop starting at around 9:00am if we decide to break it down to 2 parts if not we will all head down to the park which we will have a BBQ. BBQ location is still in the air so any suggestion in the Lynnwood, Seattle area would be helpfull. Departure time will be personal choice. A few of us will have to stay back to ensure clean up so we don't **** of the wrong ppl.

This is the basic plan i came up with in my spare time here in afghan.
All details after this will be brought up at future casual meets. This is not limitied to Lexus only, bring a friend but all communications once this is finalized will be dealt with emails and word of mouth so pick wisely who you invite, we don't want to attract the racer wannabees and casue a police scene or an accident.

This is a rally meet for car enthusiasts and not street racers

I would probably be down to do the Cascade Loop on Sunday.

 

we'll find out from the follow up meets if we're goin to have a 2 part cruise
if not...we might do the 7 hour cruise...depends on the concensus

I'm sure we can accomodate...i will try to get some help and have 2 people up in BC to get input through some meets and 2 more in WA to do the same

my wife has friends in LA
so when i get back we'll be planing that too...
but i figured since this would be a bigger event
it would be better if we planned this out and get some exposure
and organize properly
