Basically, my friend got an IS300 a while back, and I was wondering if the HKS Hi-Power exhaust for IS300's is one of the louder exhausts available for that car? For the 2IS, it's the loudest (technically) out there, but just wondering if that would be a good buy for his IS300 or if we should look at another exhaust. Thanks in advance (Peter, reply, now)
PS. No plans for other piping yet, but it'll happen later
As far as what i think the Kakimoto exhaust made for the Toyota Altezza is the loudest one i've heard and used. If you get it, you will have to get it extended to fit the is300.
That is what i currently have and you can ask shonn, lexvery, mixtnuts, is3ftw and a few others that seen my car how loud it really is.
I also got a lilttle better response from that small change.
but also mine is loud because i have no restricitions, headers, downpipe and bpipe all are aftermarket
Good Luck
I've got a Kakimoto for sale if you're interested. it is one of the loudest out there. PM me if interested. But as for USDM exhaust the Greddy Ti-C and the Apexi GT Spec are two of the loudest. I have the Greddy Ti-C on my car now and it's pretty loud. Louder than the HKS hyper any way.
