Need some help here guys. I bought a afc neo from ebay for $180 and sent a check to make my payment cause the guy said he only accept money order or personal check. He also had a 100% positive feedback so i trusted that. Now after 3 weeks, no afc at my door yet, he hasn't answered my massages And also cashed my check..I'm not to good at this kind of situation any suggestions would be much appreciated..

I know if I take a personal check as payment, I wait 10 business days before I ship anything. That being said, I see no reason for your seller not to return your calls, that's just not cool. I'll be in Vegas on 5-10, if your issue is not resolved, I'll be happy to pay your seller an official visit.

I only pay through paypal. Any other way is too risky.

I alway try to stay away from sending check/money order to Ebay seller.

Right now i just don't know what to do anymore except wait and hope that it'll get here by the end of this week or next week. I'm thinking if i don't get it by next week then i'm out of luck.

Have any of you guys had a problem like this before. I mean i bought stuff off ebay before but i've always used paypal cause the seller was ok with that, but this time just different and usually i would recieve the product in like 3 to 5 days.

Is there anyone on here that lives close to or know this shop that can help me out by asking them why they haven't sent me my product yet or just maybe roll by and see if they do exist. Thank you very much.

request his contact info and call him! then contact your bank and tell them whats going on....then email ebay....

this is y i always paypal now...i wont even buy stuff on ebay from people who wont take paypal

 

Report him to ebay as a item not received claim. Also let them know that he only accepts money order or checks,because I know eBay only allows paypal and merchant credit cards as payment options. GL!

 

What he said. Hope you get to the bottom of it all, man. I never buy from people who have "Silvia" or "240SX" in their name because they are typically the ones who pull this crap (call it what you want, but this helps prove my point).

That sucks. By looking at his last 4 feedbacks, looks like he is a scammer on the run.
