Theres a place right next to seatac airport that does powder coating, I forget the name but I used to deliver salmon to a place called CFI (Commodity Forwarders Inc.) and the powder coating place was in the same complex.

If you dont need prep work, there is a better shop in Kent that can do it. I was originally going to take it there, being it was a referral. But they dont sandblast or do any prep work. If you do it all, then I would prefer them, than the company I took my calipers too.

if you dont have a sandblaster....check your local HS autobody program. I know at the one I went to, if you were able to get a visitor pass issued and cleared it with the teacher, he'd let you use his shop. We had kids that graduated years ago coming in during our class and just working on their own projects.
