haha no, already got one! i need a room mate to live in MY house crazy! oh, some benefits of living here are a nice garage for your lexus to sleep in and someone who can do mods for freeeeee......... plus you get to watch and help me build my car if you wish!

 

And sometimes late at night, if you're very quiet, you can see him dress up like a little girl and talk to all of his stuffed animals...

 

LOL I will attest though Mark has a nice place. If only that speed bump was AFTER your place lol (its not that bad I can make it over)

 

If it's the same place we're talking about here then yeah it's nothing too devastating.
