Why don't we do this have our meet on sunday at bellevue and than roll to that BBQ? We can talk about the Lexus of fife thing there and set up a set time and date for it and how many people are going so I can get a list going and give it to lexus so they have an idea instead of trying to do this on a short notice...

Let's not get too ahead of ourselves. We should still have the informational meet, because it would be too out of organization rolling into Lexus of Fife with just a little pep talk with the crew member. I believe we should still meet at Bellevue Square garage and talk things over. Then figure out how the organization should work before we tell Lexus of Fife our plans. That way everybody has a chance to set straight their schedule and show up at our mandatory EAS meet to officially become the crew member. During that meet, Shonn and I will have to go over some stuff and hand out the stickers, so try not to miss it. Sounds good to everybody?

Are you guys going to meet at Bell Sq from 11a for few hours before the BBQ? That's quite a time until 4pm.

 

Im down to meet this Sunday, but probably around 12ish for me. Im not gonna be able to make the BBQ, but I can cruise back down to Tacoma with you guys

 

t minus couple weeks until the sc is back into my hands and i can finish all my retrofits and come to the meets hopefully the end of the month meet

 

Sunday the 10th is going to be rough for me, I have plans that day and night. I can see what I can do about shuffling some stuff around during the day, but the BBQ I can't make it to.

 

Oh I see. Ok , so I'll wait for your call then. I guess 11AM is a good time for preparing stuff.

Well i'm down to chill at bellsquare for a while for all the late stragglers. I need to get everyones number so please pm your number and i'll give you mine. That way I can bother you about why you're not at the meet, lol. So on that note i'm not gonna start a list because it seems as though people put there name on the list but then don't show up. GRRR. But this meet IS different. This meet is for those of you in EAS or want to be apart of it. And it also shows us who is really down. I understand if people have other things they have to take care of but at least touch base with me or Yogi to let us know if you're not coming. Thanks all and see you on Sunday!
