Its a steering wheel badge. I have one as well. Im just dont show it off. I like it to be subtle, and see if anyone notices it. BTW, its been on my steering wheel, for over 6months now

 

yeah, like what deek said, it goes on the steering wheel.

but the only reason why i showed it off is because this tiny part was so hard to get a hold of, took me like 4 months and 2 international forums to finally get one. haha

thankfully a nice guy from new zealand sold it to me for less than $10 shipped.
