Have you friggin' seen that new dealership in bellevue?!?! Easily the biggest dealership I have ever seen. It's right by I-405 by autorow. I can't wait until it's done.

 

Haha, yeah. It's going to be the largest Lexus dealership in the country, possibly the 2nd biggest car dealership too. Fully enclosed inventory on the 3rd floor (your new lexus will never be touched by rain till you drive it away), Service is on the lowest level, 1st floor is the showroom/offices, and the 3rd and top floor is parking. There is also parking and pre-owned inventory that will be on the surrounding parking areas.

I'm guessing your work there right? Are they offering free car was to owners like they do at Barrier Mercedes/Porsche/Audi/ect?

 

They already do! I have dropped my car off and had them drive me to work and back before.

I work 2 blocks from the current service center. I was wondering if there was a self serve like Barrier's car wash (which is located at the Audi location) where you can go daily if you like at the new location

 

They built a similarly impressive dealership outside of Chicago. The owner also keeps some of his exotic cars/motorcycles in a special section of the showroom.

 

when they opened i was thinking about approaching them and seeing if they had room on the top floor if we could possibly hold a clublexus meet on the top floor.. *shrugs* just an idea.. kind of showing the versatility of lexus' as well.. how many would be interested in coming?

 

Just took a behind the scenes tour of the new Lexus of Bellevue. Its a 410,000 sq. ft. facility. Restaurant, deli, putting greens, kids play area. Tons of TVs, a huge escalator and elevator. The showroom is huge with 20 or so sales desks, and about 20 sales offices. Didnt get a chance to count how many service bays but there was about 50-60. Each bay has a built in stainless steel toolbox! Service drive is huge!!! Drive through automatic carwash and its own gas station for all internal cars. I believe the largest lexus dealer was JM Lexus in Florida at only 160,000 sq, ft?? No one can touch this dealership. Kudos to Michael O' Brien!

And no tours arent open to the public just yet. They will be available when the facility opens on July 17th!

 

Insiders say that they are starting to move in in a few weeks but it will be at least a month before they really get in there. Each tech gets their own bay. They went for a tour and can't wait to move. They want to pick their own bays but they aren't sure about who gets that job.

i am excited since i hate going to the service depot and not being able to see the new cars and i bet they will do the free car wash since the owner of this lexus is the owner of other dealerships like acura of southcenter and they offer free car wash anytime you want. The owner of the dealership owns hella dealerships very rich guy....i got to go on his boat with him

 

ZOMG. the new dealership is SO HUGE that i got lost.... for like a while looking for the parts department. HAHA... what is this lounge for little kids, and Escalators? CRAZYYYYYYYYYYYYY
