Anybody know of any great places around the Seattle area to take pictures at? i'm not lookin to take pictures of my car, i just want some nice landscapes to photograph. My favorite spots are alki, kerry park, and gold gardens. Any other places that may be photo worthy? thanks a bunch

Newcastle gold course is my all time favorite! Here are some pics of one of the many places in their lot to take a pic. I also like a little place up in Snoqualmie where there are these white trees that go for like 100 yards down on either side and it leaves a cool shadow.

Places I would suggest (I know you said Seattle...but these are what came to mind), some are a bit of a drive, but don't we like to drive? Maybe when the weather gets slightly better we can have a drive to one or more of these places and you can bring your camera along:

Mt. Rainier
Deception Pass (Oak Harbor)
Whidbey Island
Port Townsend & surrounding areas
Camano Island
La Conner

Thanks for the kind compliments

I go to Mt. Rainier quite often during the summers, but i never brought my camera. I got into photography about a month ago and ever since then, it's been an awesome experience. I love just driving around, looking for things to shoot. Driving = Fun. Traffic = Suck.

Lets have a meet some time and have some fun
