how many people are interested in a meet sometime in January? Time and place can be suggested but Alki with the burger place is always great.

 

get a set date and im down I start my new job at Lamborghini in a week or so but get weekends off so any sat or sun should be cool for me! I say we eat at XXX in Issaquah or just good ol' Alki's burger place.

 

Lets hope this time we actually meet. I am open on Saturdays and Sundays. Anytime. Lets get together as many CL members as we can.

only problem with the WA members is the fact that they are weird and never post in these to organize an actual meet

 

Yeah, honestly I don't really care if more (new) people show up. Guess those who always showed up to the meets (like myself) got used to this and I have already moved on to tuning the Nissan and attending those meets (which are at most every week!). All I want is to get some good food (like those onion rings) with some good friends and if new friends want to join more fun but if not it's cool.

 

I agree...the issue arises when 47 people all say "Oh I want to come, this sounds great!"...then when the day actually shows up, the same 5 of us stand out in the rain and wait...hoping that more will show. If it sounds like I have a slightly negative attitude about it...well, it's because I do .

Having said that...I'm not going to give up on the Lexus crew. I know we have more people out there that will show up...eventually. I have personally been pretty dang booked up lately and am booked for the weekend of the 14th & 15th as well as the evening of the 28th. No, I don't expect this event to be booked around my schedual, just giving you a heads up of when I can not make it.

 

yea I'm one of those people who say "I want to go" but then I dont show up.. I'm a bad person but I try!!!! sorry.. but really I wanna meet you guys

well I want to get something that is about 1/4-1/2" higher in the rear, great quality, soft ride(not TOO soft), I was thinking of doing some Tein shocks and springs but am not sure. I want to get 18"X9.5" wheels in the rear and 8.5" front so I can keep the rear end at an aggressive stance but not TOO aggressive! and I don't want it to look 100% level.

 

^^ 'Suspension Mods' are performance items and will never ride as good as stock. Ive gone thru more Dampers than I can remember.

Get new shocks and eibachs for that 'Semi Custom' look and a decent ride.
