Ow... new replacement taillight should be installed soon, as soon as I'm bored of showing people what Lexus of Portland did to my car.

I've been taking my car there too for the past 3 years but and got some small stuffs here and there (dip stick propped againts the firewall, light scrathes on my steering wheel, etc. stuff that I let them go for) but nothing as major as this.
All I can say is just be carefull when leaving your GS with them. Make sure you inspect your car inside and out (take pictures if need to) to b safe.
A hassle that I thought people don't need to do dealing with especially with a high end dealership such as Lexus.
