Hey Brent,

sometimes Todd is out of his shop a lot. you need to leave him message, and he will contact you. this is why you need to set an appoinment with him in advance.

you might also try to locate his name" doublewhoosh"( ihope i got the spelling correct) on the board and leave him emails. i saw him replied some postings on the SC board.

Todd is a very busy man. But you won't be disappointed by his work and his price.

 

I just had Todd install my Eibach springs and Bilstein Sport shocks on my GS about two weeks ago. I've found the best way to get in touch with him is to use e-mail since he may not answer the phone if he's busy working. By the way.... he does a very good job and stands behind his work!

 

what is todd's email...or does he go by the shops email address? I'm asking because i ordered a set of eibach springs for my SC400 and i really want a tracking number. Im thinking about ordering struts too but would feel more comfortable if tmengineering would release tracking numbers to its customers

 

I feel you guys. For the past couple weeks I have been trying to reach Todd as well. Lately there hasn't been any respond. I tried e-mail, leaving a message, but nothing. When I spoke to him begining of this month, he told me that they do some jobs for some company.

I have dealt him before, he's a great guy and really knows quite a bit about our cars, but its just lately, I'm not sure whats going on.

Let me know if you guys have had any contacts with him.

 

From time to time, Todd gets pulled away to special secret projects (because he is THAT good) which requires a lot of his time. I have found that the best way is to be patient when trying to contact him and e-mailing is the best way.

Your other option is to go somewhere else...but I feel the wait is worth it. It's not like he has ever taken somebody's money and never produced what was promised above and beyond...Good luck!

yea todd emailed me back after a short day and answered all my questions... he seems like a totally stand up guy and Im glad im doing business with him and not some shady *** company

 

LOL.

The funny part is that he's probably sat and read through this chuckling to himself.
