All-pacific Cl Meet!!! In Summer!!!
Alright. I've been thinking about this BIG MEET. I've even had dreams about it at night. EVERYONE in the Pacific region (Cali, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and everyone else close by). We all drive to Vegas and make reservations for some rooms at Bally's since I can get $59/night Sun-Thurs or $109/night Fri-Sat up to three consecutive nights. This deal is valid July 4th-September 2nd. If this meet ever went down, it will be the greatest CL meet to ever take place.

That's a little pricey for rooms. I'll work with my connections to see if I can book a group rate for ClubLexus exclusively. As for an official CL meet, we have to figure out a good time and date for everyone to go. Myself & LXOGOOD will be in NorCal this weekend for HIN and will discuss the meet idea with RMMGS4 and the rest of the CL guys. June is not a good time for this meet.

I have a few friends in Vegas, I can also find out about group rates. I agree, June and July would be too soon and too Hot 
I don't know if this is something that the group would want to do, but I can plan something with my friend that DJ's Club Rique at the Paris Hotel. Also, I did meet a promoter that does LV Speedway on Friday nights for Racing and Shows.

I'm always looking for an excuse to leave Vegas. 
You'll probably find the cheapest room rates in Summer because it's so hot, but you still have to deal with the kids runnin around.
If you guys need any help setting this up on the Vegas side just let me know.

yea i think june/july and even august might be a little too hot. but august is when fall semester starts..so lets try to fit it in that one veteran's holiday? i think its called labor day weekend, in september. good luck with the planning guys!

Looks like you're out of luck if we get our rooms or go on this trip...where are you gonna stay?
How do you claim "your special rate code" when you are barely old enough to drive...let alone get a room?

Vegas...how about closer to WCES or SEMA? I'd also opt for the SF bay area, Bodega Bay, Pleasanton, Napa, Sonoma...
