Yes, very curious to know about the TSB. I think the simple fix is to recalibrate the idle RPM.

Below is the response I just got back from the dealership. Whatever they did seems to have fixed the problem.
However TSB : L-SB-0119-17 title is “Vibration at Idle in Park” which is not the way we all have described the problem. Hope this helps

The Lexus Bulletin is L-SB-0119-17. The title is “Vibration at Idle in Park” and states that some 2015-2017 NX 200t engines may exhibit an abnormal vibration at idle in Park. The Engine Control Module/ECM (SAE Term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition occurring.

Try resetting it......CORRADO try it on the loaner...............see if they vibration changes.

I knew it was computer related. What's odd is only some do it........I asked the dealer about it last service a month ago. They told me it's normal. Mine still doesn't vibrate. I'm glad they figured it out but honestly it should have been done a yr ago. A good friend of mine worked for Toyota tuning the Prius during it's infancy he is the same guy that tuned my Supra. I just knew it was a map related issue.
Idle is hard to get perfect. Lexus though should have fixed it in a NY minute.

Glad its fixed seeing they are putting this engine in everything now.

Hi there. I just came from the dealership and described the same exact issue that I am experiencing. This happens to me all the time in the winter. I have my heated seats on, my heater is blowing to keep 72 deg, my radar and dashcam are on.... I drove my car with the tech this morning for 5 miles, we tested the 2015 nx200t AWD with all the accessories on and then with everything off. That was it. When everything is on including your compressor, the system is trying to compensate for the load. The RPM should be 800 or 850 but with the load, it fluctuates and causes the vibration. Try it and see if that works for you. I was at the dealer just for this today.

It's cold in Chicago as well. What I am saying to try is the following:
1) Turn off all accessories in the vehicle.
2) Turn on the heater (AUTO) and test the brake hold feature.
3) Now turn on the driver's side heated seat and test the brake hold feature. (You have the heater blowing and the drivers side heated seat on)
4) Now turn on the passenger side heated seat and test the brake hold feature. ( You now have the heater and both heated seats on)
5) Now turn on all other accessories (radio, radar detector, dashcam, phone charger, wireless charger etc.) and test the brake hold feature.
You will be able to tell at what point you are experiencing the vibration on the brake hold feature.
I tried this on my loaner vehicle RX350 and it had the same issue when all the accessories and both heated seats and heater were blowing. It wasn't as bad as the vibration on the NX but I felt it.
Chicago is going through another cold day with temps -1F and a wind chill of -12F today.
Again this is not a fix but depending on how much load we put on the car the RPM fluctuates. The system is trying to keep the RPM steady.

In other words, NX engine is just 4 in-line, 2L small engine. Without pushing rpm up to load turbocharger, it offers low power, especially for such a heavy vehicle as NX is. With rpm at idle, the engine has limited power to support multiple appliances turned on (AC - is the major one), different heaters, etc. It struggles to keep rpm, resulting in vibration and shaking. By turning off these options, you remove additional load from the engine and it should not vibrate/shake. If it does, there are other factors there, like carbon build up or dirty fuel injectors, or even dirty air filter.
