Car lunging forward when letting off the brake
First off, I would like to apologize for all the threads lately. I feel like I'm getting annoying, but I am just in diagnostic mode and trying to figure out all the car problems right. Very focused.
Anyway, this is a problem I experience moreso when the motor is cold. The engine seems to rev higher. When I get to red lights, I apply the brake and come to a complete stop, but at the same time I can feel the car is still trying to go forward. When I do let go of the brake pedal, the car moves forward on it's own at a decent pace. Once the car warms up properly, I can let go of the brake and the car stays there until I hit the gas pretty much.
Would anyone have any idea or anyone experience this at all?
I am working hard on eliminating reasons for my code 71, so any info helps.

It sounds normal to me,mine does exactly the same when the engine is cold and the idle speed is higher, when fully warmed the idle speed is 650 RPM and the car will not move when the brake is released until given some gas pedal.
I don't know if it applies to the later models (mine is a 1994) but until the transmission has warmed up it will not shift into 4th/overdrive,again this is normal for these transmissions.
