If I lock the door with my hand, the mirrors fold and unfold, but when I use my remote on phone, they don’t.

I meant the phone itself where you can add these features to the phone not the Lexus app on the phone, so I went into the Lexus app, and I locked unlock the door using the Lexus app, and the mirrors did fold and when I went back to the phone itself where I can lock and unlock, it started working properly again.

So, as they say, never mind.

 

I suspect you had disabled the auto fold button inadvertently. It happened to me prior and I didn't realize. I wanted to begin to worry then I found it the button was disabled. I felt sheepish🤣

 

Actually, I didn’t it was just for some reason using the option on the phone itself It wouldn’t fold the mirrors and I have forgotten where the button is for mirror. Folding, is it on the armrest on the door where the window buttons are?

 

Yup. That's exactly where it is right next to the mirror control buttons.
