Hi everyone,

I’ve had my 2022 NX350 F-Sport since early March 2022. I have experience the engine knock/gushing sound that many of you have also described. Especially upon acceleration. However, I have noticed my transmission often stays in a low gear too long. The vehicle feels sluggish and heavy. The obvious answer is to go to the dealer—which I need to do. But has anyone else had anything similar occur? I noticed it more after getting the recall work done (software updates). But, that likely had nothing to do with it.

Any suggestions of what could be occurring?
