Weird issue with carplay nx 350h

In the volume, i think it's system sound. It when the CarPlay speaks, press the up and down volume. It will adjust the car play sound and not your audio source.

I might have accidentally found a weird temporary solution. everyrime this random thing happened, I will initiate a call to anyone via CarPlay. You don’t need to actually talk to someone. You can just ring someone and Hangup immediately if you want. As soon as the call ends, the music starts playing again normally and the mic icon disappears. I know it’s not a permanent solution as even after doing it multiple times, I still encounter the same issue. I just have to initiate a call every time it happens and it solves it for me.
